8:44 AM: Flight 175's hijackers hijack the plane.
8:46 AM: Two F-15 jets depart to try to destroy Flight 11, but since the transponder is off, they cannot find them easily, and must rely on radar instead.

8:46 AM: All attention is on the WTC at this moment, and even the FAA does not consider what Flight 175 is up to.
8:50 AM: Flight 77's hijackers begin to hijack, and succeed. The surprised passengers offer little resistance.
The two F-15s don't know that the first plane has already crashed, and continue their work.
8:56 AM: Flight 77 has now turned off its radar and transponder, not to be detected again.
8:58 AM: Flight 175 turns to New York City.
9:03 AM: Flight 175 crashes at a speed of 590mph into the South Tower, between floors 77 and 85 at a steeper angle to the left at about 35 degrees. Millions, including our school...see the impact. Despite the high speed and the lower hit, it leaves one out of three staircases intact, meaning several escaped from above the hit.

9:37: Unlike what they assumed, Flight 77 turns slightly southward and strikes the Pentagon. The side where the plane hit, however, was recently renovated so there was hardly any damage done. One ring out of five was penetrated, two others slightly damaged.
9:52: Osama bin Laden unknowingly tells the US that there is one more target.

9:57: After hearing about how the other planes were used, Flight 93's passengers start to storm the cockpit.
9:59: After 56 minutes, the South Tower collapses. Concrete dust fills New York, and at least one person dies from respiratory problems afterwards, with hundreds more sickened.
10:03: Flight 93 crashes in Shanksville Pennsylvania possibly from brawls within the cockpit, no survivors.
10:10: the Pentagon's first ring's damaged wall collapses.
10:28: The North Tower, sustaining for over 100 minutes, finally collapsed. Another colossal cloud of concrete dust fills New York City.
10:50: Five stories of the Pentagon collapse.
3000 deaths, with tens of thousands of injuries from all of these attacks.
BTW: If you jump off a building the height of the WTC at the very top, it will take only about 10 seconds for you to hit the ground...instant fatality.
