Summary of what I can see:
Mugy was annoying Kaku. Kaku made various offensive comments (Such as F*** you). Mugy continued to annoy him, and in the end Kaku banned mugy.
Please could both sides state their sides of the story?

Note-If anyone re-admins Kaku for now, they will be charged with high treason.

I'd just like to add, this is similar to mine and my brothers case.

I do find kaku to now be unpleasent to have around(this is my opinion), everytime i try to talk to him he tries to insult me, swear at me.
Todays story is
1- I try to get kaku's attention by sending him a 10 sec audio recording of a mythbusters episode( I was watching mythbuster at the time)

2- he replies with"virus!" which slightly insults me so I try to annoy him by sending a longer recording of mythbusters

3- then he goes all phyco with insults, saying I have no life, still arguing over the teleported vision thing which is nearly a month ago(iI believe it was on 1st August?)

4- this i get angry at so I send a stream of very short recordings of mythbusters to annoy him, then he continues with more insults which in the end he tells me that Im banned.

5- Before he bans me i write a short messege in the latest announcement saying partially of what had happened and a insult to KMS, which he deletes.

6- ******* unbans me and I tell them the story

I'd just like to add that Mugy is not accusing him of swearing over MSN. He is accusing him of abusing his powers.

Abusing his powers, who abns someone on the forums for annoying them on MSN?the rules of CPI don't even apply to MSN, remember recently when Nomop suggested to put rules into MSN and your rejected?Epic Fail. Who gets angry over a 13 year old annoying you?seriously your going to be an adult in a year or two, You don't deserve to be an adult at this rate or recieve legal rights of being an adult.

Ey, that was pretty annoying. I was studying and all you do is bombard me with these stupid videos that you obviously do to annoy me.

What kind of 13 year old does this to annoy people? Only happens with people who are childish and Immature. And how do I know this? Because I was a childish and immature 13 year old.

For the same charges as Jaggermuffin's banning of Nomop, 60 demerit points and a 2500 point fine.

I would like to add, however, that Mugy was disrupting me in study wihtout a care of what I was doing. All I did was say it was a virus, like I always do, and then Mugy bombards me in crunch time of studying.
