Update #1 - Forum Clean-up

I've posted to propose a plan for the clean-up of the forum.

My plan is to move all topics and posts from the archives and such and move them back to their old, respective forum. Then clean up the archive topic to make things more findable and then move it all back into the archives.

I'll probably need some help, so just post if you don't mind doing it.

Er, maybe. I can change it to another one in the catalogue.
